Organic Cottage Cheese (low fat)

Smooth but low in fat, our cottage cheese is made to the traditional "dry curd" method. Whey is drained from fresh low fat curd, and is mixed with low fat milk and cream.

SHELF LIFE: 21 days from delivery to retailer

INGREDIENTS: Organic milk, organic cream, organic culture
