Mmmmm, as fresh and pure as milk can be. Freshly milked every morning, pasteurized, chilled and packaged in glass bottles and hastily sent on its way to you. Elgaar Farm Full Cream Jersey Milk is not homogenised, which means that the cream will rise naturally to the top. Just shake well if you prefer.

Is it pure Jersey Milk?

We have adopted into our herd of beautiful dewy-eyed Jersey cows some 28 Fresian Holstein cows (who also have big dewy eyes, but aren’t pure-bred Jersey). The new herd members are of course organically raised.

Basically, this means that our herd is now comprised of 85% pure bred organic Jersey cows and 15% organic Fresian Holstein cows. This translates into a ratio of roughly 80% creamy Jersey milk and 20% not-quite-as-creamy Fresian milk in Elgaar Farm’s bottled milk.
