· Thanks to the money raised, we are now able to upgrade our pasteuriser. Once this is complete (probably around 6-12 weeks, depending on availability of parts) we can continue with our application with the TDIA.
· We’ll be busy preparing your non-cheese rewards which will arrive within the next few weeks, cheese and dairy will have to wait til we are back in production.
· We’re fine-tuning the details for our cheesemaking weekends and will be offering more of those soon.
· We’re excited about planning our comeback party here on the farm, where we look forward to meeting many of our wonderful contributors and sharing good food, good company and good music. We’re looking at sometime in November at this stage, to make the most of the beautiful Tassie spring.
